RSBK's Germany business focuses on the public sector and its many challenges: the strained financial situation, demographic change, climate change, the energy transition, and the influences of globalization.
The resulting increasing complexity raises the need for an innovative, yet responsible and sustainable handling of public resources. RSBK helps to optimize this handling and to achieve sustainable and balanced results for municipalities.
The focus is not only on the technical and administrative design of administrative activities, but rather on the strategic performance of administrative management. The goal is to make the public sector cost-efficient, efficient and effective by combining the experience and expertise of the public sector, the private sector and civil society.
RSBK supports this process by providing strategic advice to decision-makers. Various event formats focus specifically on an exchange between the relevant actors. Furthermore, RSBK provides support in the communicative exploitation of study results and outcomes from discussion events with documentation and publications. In addition, RSBK develops and implements targeted campaigns in close consultation with partners.
Energy Dialogue
The German "Energiewende" and the goal of climate neutrality in 2045 mark a turning point: An unprecedented structural change in the energy industry and a reorientation of industrial sectors are imminent. Since 2014, RSBK has been accompanying the process with our conference "Energy Dialogue". With renowned scientific partners, we bring together business, science and politics to discuss current trends and developments in Germany's energy transition.
